Info: Pegasus is the holder of the Millemmium Eye and the first big "bad" guy you see in Yu-Gi-Oh!. He is seeking the other six of the seven Millennium Items in hopes of bringing back his passed away wife, Cecelia. With the Millennium Eye Pegasus has the ability to read the thoughts of other people making dueling him seem practically impossible, and forces Yugi Motou to come to the Duelist Kingdom by stealing his grandfather's soul.
Pegasus is also the creator of the Duel Monsers game and C.E.O. of his company Industrial Illusions. He tries at some point in the show to take control of Kaiba Corp. from Seto Kaiba, but in the end sadly fails at all his plans.
